These terms govern your engagement with MusicLyst. By booking a project, you agree to the package scope, deliverables, and timeline detailed in your signed brief.

All music, lyrics, masters, and video assets produced by MusicLyst are transferred in full ownership to the client upon final payment and delivery. No royalties or licensing fees apply.

Each package includes two revision rounds. Additional revisions, extended song lengths, additional language versions, and added deliverables are quoted separately and require written approval before work begins.

Cancellations made before the concept phase are refundable minus a 15% research and consultation fee. After production begins, fees are non-refundable but credits can be applied to a future project.
